Create Single Customizable Meeting link based on different products and assign to their teams

Hey Folks,

We need to create a "single" meeting schedule link which we would share in our website/platform using which customers can book meetings. Now the catch is-
1) While they are at the scheduling page they should should be able to select the product you are using>>based on that they would be either automatically assigned their account manager (which is a Hubspot user property) or may be a queue of team members who handle that particular product.
2) It will be super great if we are able to customize the time availability of the team members inside the queue. Since same product can be handled by different team members from different time zones.

I know this isnt possible on Hubspot meeting link tool. I have tried all possible ways out, but this is urgent and important.

WE ARE OPEN TO ANY APP INTEGRATIONS AVAILABLE ON APP MARKETPLACE.

Please suggest.

@RKumar29 - You could try having a HubSpot form as the first step of the meeting schedule process.

1. On the form capture the product
2. Set the 'Submit' button of the form to redirect to a landing page

3. Have a workflow which auto-assigns a lead based on the product information

4. On the landing page have a meeting schedule module which has smart content rules to show a specific meeting link based on the product inputted on the form

I am unsure if this will give enough time for the workflow to set the owner for the smart content rule to kick in but worth a shot!

Thanks for the reply. I was trying to replicate this with some test elements. I have hit a roadblock. What smart content module type should i select to show the meeting link based on the product input property?

@RKumar29 - Contact list membership, but first create a list for each of the product options in your dropdown.

I.e List criteria is Product = Product A or Product = Product B
