Hi @NMackle ,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

While it's possible to include additional contact information in the meeting description using personalization tokens (see screenshot below), it's unfortunately not possible to add a link to a contact record in HubSpot.

Links to contact records don't exist as contact properties/tokens in HubSpot and meeting descriptions currently don't support hyperlinks. I found a feature request in our Ideas forum where other customers are requesting additional formatting options in meeting descriptions. I'd be great if you could support this idea with an upvote or a comment. Our product team uses that forum to collect ideas on how we can improve the product for our customers and they pay particular attention to the top voted ideas. Thank you!

Cheers
Mia, Community Team

Hi everyone,

We use the meeting tool to enable customers to book meetings in our calendars (linked with Microsoft Outlook).

Is there a way to automatically link the Hubspot contact in the meeting description when they book a meeting?

At the moment, we can only see the name of the customer as the meeting title and need to search for them manually in Hubspot.

Thanks,

Nina
