Workflow for line items

Hi guys, I currently have a workflow setup that is triggered when a deal is closed won. What I'd like to do, is only trigger the workflow if the deal is close won, AND there is a specific line item included in the closed deal.

If it helps to explain why - we have subscription and consumable line items for our deals, and only want this workflow to trigger when a deal includes a subscription line item (one of several options).

We have Saleshub Professional.

Any advice?

You can do that by adding a filter for Line item:

An easy way to filter for deals with specific line items would be specifying a name:

You'd simply add and "AND" rule to the enrolment trigger and make it a line item property.

There are a couple of options, I'd say line item "name" and line item "SKU" are the best options to capture to line item you want. This criteria would only enrol deals which meet both criteria.

Ah thanks so much guys, I completely missed the line item option and was trying to find it within the deal section!
