Chatbot Telephone Capture

Good Evening All,

I am trying to obtain a visitors telephone number using the chat bot for my website, I've followed the guide here.

However, when I go to Conversations > Chatflows then click Edit, I don't see the + icon it shows on knowledge base.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @KLake,

If you want to create a chatbot, then you need to navigate to Menu > Conversations > Chatflows > Create chatflow > Website and select one of the options under Bots (further down), not Live chat (at the top), for example "Qualify leads bot". You probably selected Live chat which is a different kind of chat experience.
