Next button for Lists

It would really help if there was a Next button for outbound calling through a List to avoid having to press back and then find the next record.

The other option is to go through Tasks but then it's impossible to ringfence a certain list that way.

Hi @EwanWhoseArmy,

As you mentioned, task queues would be an option here. Have you considered creating tasks from the contact index page (Menu > Contacts > Contacts) after filtering the view for your list?

Back under Menu > Sales > Tasks, you can set a filter for tasks created on this specific day and start a queue for these tasks, created today, only.

Apologies, I meant a Static List rather than a list filtered from Contacts.
I don’t think the Tasks method would work for that – but I’d be very happy if I’m wrong!

Hi @EwanWhoseArmy,

What makes you think it wouldn't work? You can filter Menu > Contacts > Contacts by membership in your static lists and bulk create tasks. Those tasks can then be filtered by Create date unter Menu > Sales > Tasks. Let me know where exactly you're getting stuck.

That’s great, thank you.
From a Hubspot development point of view, though, it’s a really messy workaround just to do what a ‘Next’ button should do and, again please correct me if I’m wrong, can’t differentiate between two different lists of tasks made on the same day?

If you go through this process multiple times a day, you could simply set a different due date for these tasks and then filter Menu > Sales > Tasks by this due date. It's a bit of a workaround but unless you're doing this 10-20 times a day, I think this would be acceptable.

I've actually requested a while ago that task names can be edited when created in bulk, this would help with filtering by bulk 'round' but has not been addressed yet: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Personalization-tokens-in-tasks-created-in-bulk-on-selected/idi-p/414884
