I'm testing meetings in HubSpot. The email sent to the person who booked a meeting has a giant HubSpot ad in it. I can understand the first part when the HubSpot user doesn't have Sales Pro (This meeting was scheduled using HubSpot Meetings. Create your own meeting booking page), but the giant image that makes it seem like we have this Brian person working at our company that they can book a meeting with? That seems excessive. I can't find a way to remove it, but maybe I'm missing something. Is there any way to remove it? Thanks!

Hi @Kestrel,

The free products contain HubSpot branding – this can't be changed. With Sales Hub Starter or Professional, this branding will disappear.

Best regards!

Just chiming in that this is a little ridiculous. We have Sales Starter for our sales team but I was looking at using this for a couple of casual bookings out of the sales team because why add another tool for what is very rarely used.

I get product placement on free products but for a customer-centric company like Hubspot it really feels like they don't care on this one. The "ad" takes up 3/4's of the page and replicates the product the person booking just used with a whole new person and image. The confirmation absolutely looks like you are now asking them to book a time with Brian.

If you want to make the free product unusable, why bother offering it?

I've just signed up to the "CRM Suite Starter". I can't see any advert in the confirmation emails.

The "Create your own booking page" message still displays on the confirmation webpage.

I was expecting this to disappear together with the marketing on the booking page.

I just literally had this problem. We had users use this calendar form, and we got responses confused about the meeting. This is so ridiculous, and they don't seem to care.
