As of now, the only notifications regarding Quotes that you are able to set for yourself are &lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/how-to-set-up-user-notifications-in-hubspot#:~:text=request%20is%20denied.-,Quotes,-%3A%C2%A0receive%20notifications" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; (&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Receive notifications when an asset update is available, a refund is requested, a purchase is confirmed, a refund is issued, a refund request is canceled, or a refund request is denied&lt;/EM&gt;.)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It seems that many others have requested this feature as well and it has been placed in planning as a possible future request &lt;EM&gt;(albeit it says it's been in planning since Dec 2020)&lt;/EM&gt;. I would recommend &lt;A href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Add-Tracking-Analytics-to-Quotes/idi-p/268516" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;upvoting it here&lt;/A&gt; though because the more who push for it, the higher up in priority it will go.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;As for "what can I do now?" I do have a suggestion that although will not provide a full solution, hopefully, can ease the pain in the meantime:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you have either Sales Pro or Enterprise, you have access to Quote-based workflows.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You could use criteria such as this example below as a trigger to create a task or notification for your team to see that it still has not been signed, paid, etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;/UL&gt;

      <title>Workflow: Notification when potential customers open old quotes?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to create a workflow that sends me a notification when all of the following parameters are true:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;A contact opens the quote&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The contact is not in the &lt;EM&gt;Customer&lt;/EM&gt; lifecycle stage&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The quote is at least &lt;EM&gt;30 days&lt;/EM&gt; old&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The last two are easy. But what trigger do I use for the first one? I can't figure this out in the Workflow settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
