How to automate sending email

Hello,

It's my first time working around the workflow tool.

This is my plan to do but I don't have any idea how to do it.

Whenever I change the deal stage it will automatically send the email to the associated contact in deals.

Ps. I'm currently using starter subscription and I also currently trying the marketing pro trial just to try if I can do the automation before subscribing to professional.

Hi @Cyzxc1,

The workflow would have to be a deal-based workflow. In this deal-based workflow, you would enroll deals when they enter the specified deal stage. (I picked the "Qualified To Buy" stage for example.) This would be followed by the email send.

But are there any requirements before the workflow activate?

I tried to create a test deal and change the deal stage to see if it will send the email but I didn't receive it

Hi @Cyzxc1,

Workflows need to be enabled in the top right corner. If you have done that, there might be other reasons holding back an email. I've outlined them here.
