Creating Meeting Links for Other Users

Hi,

I'm trying to create meeting links for one of our sales reps, but I always get an error that there's a problem with creating the link, though it wouldn't prompt what the error is.

Any suggestions? Thank you!

Hey @YGalan , thank you for your post!

Could you clarify the following as a first troubleshooting step?

You are a Super Admin with an assigned Sales Hub or Service Hub paid seat
You have connected calendar
You're selecting sales rep name under "Organizer" dropdown menu

Hi Natsumi,

Good question - I am not a Super Admin user. Would our Super Admin be able to enable access for me to create meeting links for other users?

Hi @YGalan,

Yes, super admins with assigned Sales Hub or Service Hub paid seats can also create meetings links for other team members by selecting the other user as the meeting organizer, see here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/meetings-tool/create-a-meetings-link
