&lt;P&gt;You should be able to create these reports fairly easily via the report builder. Because it's not the MFG rep entering the lead, you would want to have a custom property to identify where the lead came from. You can then build reports that count the number of contacts created and apply that as a filter (along with your timeframe) and &lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-reports-with-the-custom-report-builder" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;a cross object report for activities&lt;/A&gt; (calls) and contacts, again using the same filters but instead of reporting out the number of new contacts, you will report on the count of activities.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am the sales director for a company that just implemented HubSpot and i want some team members that are provided lists from our manufacturer reps&amp;nbsp; to call out and track in entering leads , how do i use a metric to track these calls and leads enetered&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
