Select multiple custom date ranges in meeting link

Every week I travel interstate for two days:

Week 1 - Monday & Tuesday

Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday

Week 3 - Thursday and Friday

Week 4 - Tuesday and Wednesday

For this scenario, I now need to create four meeting links, which makes for a fairly difficult to interpret email for my prospects......

I really should be able to create ONE link that deals with such a schedule, don't you think?

Hi @verheem,

I agree that more customization options would be nice. For now, you could manage your availability in your connected calendar by adding recurring blockers to your calendar. Your meeting link would reflect your availability then.

My meeting link for example (the button next to my headshot) has me unavailable on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I've set up recurring daily events for these days in my Google Calendar.

What is you are available every other Wednesday? I'm trying to set calendar times for a meeting link where I am avaialble every other Wednesday from a set time block. Looks like I can only set to be available EVERY Wednesday, but I really need a bi-weekly option, which I was able to do it Calendly before switching to Hubspot Meetings.

I would also like to have more options. I have two meeting on the left. One for face to face meetings that are only possible every two weeks and one for online meetings that are always possible. So I can't block my calendar and multiple custom time slots would be great.

so Karsten,

I have a bit of the same issue here.

Online meeting are always possible but I also want to make available dates that I'm on the road and then I would like to combine as many appointments as possible.

Let's say I want to do the upcoming weeks visits on a Thursday and the next week on a Wednesday. Are you saying that you block your agenda in your calendar by indicating "busy", so this means that these dates won't be available anymore for online bookings...

Or am I missing something here?
