Forecast probability always at 1

Good morning,
I have a big problem that is literally taking my sleep away.

About an hour after having changed the Forecast probability of my Deals, the value returns to 1 creating confusion in my CRM.

How can I solve?

This shouldn't be happening I don't think. The correct place to set forecast deal probabilities is in the deal stage settings as per this article: Set up and customize your deal pipelines and deal stages

Can you confirm this is what you have done?

For me a same as happen...

Which is quite annoying because the values of the forecast reports differ from reality depending on this.

As for the "specialness" of the field, I have a calculated field under the DEAL object, which is also used in this field.

HubSpot calculation
Property changed by an update from another property, an associated HubSpot record, or a HubSpot tool like lead scoring.
