Because if you add more fields to a meeting link form it actually shows on the meeting description. These meetings are for a partner to invite their clients and we don't want to show the additional information in the meeting description about the client. This form is what actually triggers the deal creation.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is a bit tricky as we can create a deal by using a workflow when someone fills up a meeting form, which triggers to create a deal automatically.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But as there can be multiple deals associated with a contact, there is currently no possible way to associate all the meetings to a particular deal. You can only do so if you create a meeting manually in the meetings tab in the deal.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;for the later part to redirect them to a different form, you will need to tell your developers to redirect them to the particular form on a different page so that it is not a part of the same meeting form.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
