Meetings tool: can a customer add several people when booking?

When a prospect books a meeting using a sales rep's Meetings-tool, can they add multiple attendees?

It would be convenient to be able to add all attendees when booking the meeting (instead of adding them to the calendar invitation manually).

Hi @PiaV,

Currently that's not possible. Generally, HubSpot is centered around unique user activities, any submission (form, meeting) is always linked to only one contact record. I assume that there are also privacy implications to this, since the person booking the meeting cannot speak for other participants re: consent for data processing.

That being said, another user has posted this in the HubSpot Ideas section, I'd recommend to upvote and leave a comment with your use case. The HubSpot product team evaluates these ideas based on popularity and demand.
