    <description>&lt;P&gt;We operate as an SDR to AE handoff model with 'meetings' being set up. How do you guys handle Round Robin deals for instant handoff while lead is on the phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In other words, we want to be able to transfer the call to a AE team in round robin fashion but only want it to go to people based on their schedules (and/or if active).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;note a standard meeting link has 15 min 'notice' times so no one is ever technically available. thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/95270"&gt;@allhandl&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- This is probably more suitable for your dialer solution.&amp;nbsp; Your phone system may be able to integrate and tell you who the next available agent is in real-time.&amp;nbsp; Also, you can create a workflow that would assign a deal to the AE in a round-robin fashion and notify them. The problem with the workflow is that you are trying to do it immediately.&amp;nbsp; That is why your dialer solution would work best to help manage those important sales calls.&lt;/P&gt;
