    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a deal pipelin where my deals move from "Closed Won" to "Implementation".&amp;nbsp; This triggers the automated onboarding ticket creation as well as certain email sequences.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, the deals are created in such a way the all contact associated to the company are added as associations to the deal. I don't necessarily want to send out the onboarding emails to all of these, only certain people that will be involved in the process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is my question, is there a way that I can get a pop up, or required field, to assign the correct contact to this when the deal moves to the "Implementation" stage.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, does anyone have a solution for how I could do this in any other way with nudges to the sales team?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You could send a notification to apply an association label for "Onboarding contact" whenever a deal moves into "Closed won" to the deal owner:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/create-and-use-association-labels" target="_blank"&gt;https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/create-and-use-association-labels&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would design the workflow as follows:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Enroll deal based on closed won deal stage&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Branch to check whether deal is already associated to a contact with label "Onboarding contact"
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If yes, do nothing&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If no, send notification to deal owner to add contact / apply association label&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you automatically create the ticket from the deal, you could then specify that only the contact with the association label "Onboarding contact" should be associated with the newly created ticket in this dropdown:&lt;/P&gt;
