We are trying to search for keywords that we know exist inside notes left on leads, why does the search not include those objects?

Hi @GoldGorilla,

You're right - this should be working as per the knowledge base article on the global search: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/search-within-your-hubspot-account#crm-records-and-activities

I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot support directly in-app via chat or email to flag this. They can forward the issue to the product team.

Best regards
