How to send calendar invites to users without the paid seats

Hi everyone,

I want to send calendar invites to unpaid users when a meeting is created through the calendar pop-up CTA after a customer books a meeting.

Is there a way to enable this or configure it in HubSpot?

We can send the email through workflow automation, but i want to send the calendar invite.

Hi @ThomasPeter,

Could you please share a screenshot of the part of the tool you're referring to?

When editing a meeting entry on the meetings index page or a contact/company/deal record, I can choose the option to manage attendees and add a view-only user just fine.

I was talking about meetings scheduler Here I cant see all my users

@ThomasPeter this requires a paid sales or service seat for every user you want to add, no working around that. View-only or core seats are not sufficient.

@ThomasPeter not through the native capabilities in HubSpot, no. With third-party automation (Zapier, Make, n8n) or working with the API, probably.
