In our Deals Sales pipeline, we have an automation that asks sales ppl that value of the sales quote, however it is often not filled out.

It would be great if we had an affordable sales template so the sales person would naturally fill out the sales quote amount and it would automatically be entered into Hubspot. Any recommendations other than PandaDoc (which is pricey)?

Hi @MaileSchunk,

Have you considered making the amount field required? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/set-up-and-customize-pipelines#set-up-conditional-stage-properties

If that's not an option, could you in explain in a bit more detail what you mean by sales template? Are you referring to the sales person creating a quote and this quote amount being synced to HubSpot? If so, have you considered HubSpot quotes (which do this out of the box)? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/quotes/manage-quotes

Best regards
