1) Are we sync multiple Gmail and other calendars that are not Gmail in HubSpot?

2) And if so, up to how many?

3) And can they all be linked to the Meeting Scheduler?

Your calendar must be tied to the same email address you're using with the meetings tool – in other words, you'll have to make sure the calendars are shared your main email address.

I'm not aware of a limit for how many can be shared.

Yes, if they're reflecting under the "Availability Calendars", see my screenshot, the meeting tool will consider them.

Yes, you can sync calendars with HubSpot, but each user can only connect one calendar (either Gmail or Office 365) for scheduling purposes. There’s no limit to how many calendars can be connected across your team it just depends on the number of users in your HubSpot account. Once connected, those calendars can be used with the HubSpot Meeting Scheduler, which checks availability in real time to prevent double bookings. However, HubSpot doesn’t support syncing multiple calendars per user or calendars outside of Google and Office 365 directly. If your team needs to manage scheduling across different people or regions, features like round-robin scheduling (available in Sales Hub Pro and Enterprise) can help distribute meetings based on availability.

Thanks for answering. I came to this page to find out if the user has to have a seat license to access Outlook add-in with calendar synch. Or does a 'core' user also get access to this?
