Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a tool or integration that can help me during meetings. Specifically, I need something that can:

Automatically take notes during meetings.
Generate a meeting summary.
Push the meeting summary directly into HubSpot.

Has anyone used a tool that works seamlessly with HubSpot for this purpose? Any recommendations or insights would be greatly appreciated!

The contact record shows the call transcript and tasks, which are all set through the integration.

I’ve been deep in this topic recently! I tested 22 AI note-taking tools and interviewed the founders of 10+ of them to understand how well they actually work with HubSpot.

Has anyone been able to do this natively with Zoom AI Meeting Summaries? Since Zoom offers the AI summaries natively, I do not want to set up additional 'note takers' like Fathom.

Automatically sending Zoom AI summaries to HubSpot saves time and takes burden off of the Sales Rep for taking notes during a sales call.

Moreover, the ability to "ask AI" about those meeting notes absolutely becomes more valuable over time if there are trends that come up (e.g. what functionality is most requested?)

Yeah tldv handles all three of those things pretty well. Here's how it works:

It records your meetings automatically across Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet and generates summaries with action items. Then it pushes everything directly into your HubSpot contact records so you don't have to manually copy paste anything.

You just connect your HubSpot account once in the integrations section and set your recording preferences. After that whenever you have a meeting the summary and transcript show up in the contact's profile automatically.

One thing that's helpful is you can also tag meetings by deal stage so you can filter through your pipeline and see what stage each call was at. Makes it easier to track where prospects are in the sales process.
