Creating bespoke dashboards in the sales workspace

I'd like to be able to make more bespoke dashboard views for my sales team, around lead categorisation. Is it possible to create a new dashboard with leads broken down in editable tables with next action on a bit like the information in the leads tab but displayed in multiple tables based on criteria such as lead sub sector?

Hi @OMcKee,

Report creation offers a lot of options in HubSpot, yes, but through these reports, leads (or any other record, for that part) cannot be edited, no. Reports are view only.

Thanks for responding. Yes, we need the dashboard to be fully editable. The team has been using a Monday.com dashboard, and so I am trying to build near-like-to-like functionality in HubSpot to help smooth out adoption on the platform.

Why does it matter?

Gives sales reps instant access to their most important metrics and reports without leaving the sales workspace, keeping them informed while maintaining their workflow.

Eliminates the need to switch between tools to check performance data
Leverages existing dashboards, removing the need to create new ones
Enables admins to curate relevant metrics for their teams

How does it work?

To add a dashboard to the sales workspace, click on the "Add Dashboard" button. Select the dashboard you want and update who can who can see it if necessary. Then click "Add Dashboard" to finish.

I was excited to see the dashboards in the sales workspace but every rep has to view the same dashboard (or the same dashboard as his team members). Each rep should have the ability to add the dashboard of their choice at a user level after all it is 'their' workspace.

Since typing this I found a beta released on the 8th July that addresses this.

What is it?

You can now add multiple dashboards in your sales workspace and assign them to specific users or teams, all from the workspace settings. Admins have powerful new controls to customize dashboard visibility and apply dynamic filters. Sales Reps will see dashboards with the relevant filters automatically applied—no manual setup required.

Why does it matter?

For Admins: You can tailor dashboards views by team, rep, or purpose, creating a clear line of sight into the data that matters most for each role. The ability to add and manage multiple dashboards simplifies setup and reduces overhead.
For Sales Reps: Dashboards now default to views that are filtered to “owner = me,” so you only see data relevant to you.
For Teams: Assign specific dashboards per team or user group, ideal for diverse sales teams operating within the same workspace. (Currently, only one dashboard can be assigned per team)

Hi! My account is sales pro - I have a sales seat, am a super admin, and we're not on legacy but these options you listed above are not available in our account. Is there a beta I need to join to have the multiple dashboards setup? Or how do I have that option added to our account?

It looks like this Beta is available for Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise.

With that being said, can you please try to search "Multiple dashboards in the Sales Workspace" on the Product Updates Settings?
