Prospecting

Hi all.

I am an business development agency. My main function is finding business that wants to work with the companies I represent.

I have 11 companies that I represent.

Any business that I find that might be I interested in 1 or the 11 companies I represent.

How can I best use the prospecting tool so that the same contact that is interested in working with one or multiple companies I represent?

It's important as well for me to be able to run reports on how well we have been doing for each of the 11 companies I represent.

I would appreciate some here.

Hi @DSantin1,

I would recommend setting up separate pipelines for ach of those 11 companies: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/prospecting/set-up-leads#create-lead-pipelines-beta

You can find this beta by clicking the menu in the top right corner in HubSpot > Product update. Select all product updates in the left sidebar, then search for lead pipeline.

That way, you could have one and the same person exist as lead in multiple pipelines. It'll be clearly separated for reporting as well.

Unfortunately, even as a super admin, it doent allow me to create new pipelines.

Any additional ideas?

I saw it now, thank you very much.

Although it only allows 5 pipelines, it's a great place to start
