Lead not visible in prospecting tool

We have an issue that a lead is created based on the lifecycle stage: sales qualified lead. I can see the Lead under associations in the right side column. The lead also has a known contact owner. But when I check the prospecting tool the lead is not there under the contact owner. It's a bit strange. I also tried to pull in leads but still nothing there. Anybody an idea?

Hey @ThomasGuns

Can you check that the "Sync lead owner with contact and company owner" toggle is turned on in your settings? This setting affects the visibility of leads under specific contact owners.

Yes, it’s on. I see that the lead owner field is empty. So I copied this property to a contact property and checked it with the contact owner property and if it’s not a match I know the lead owner is missing. Don’t know why it was like that, strange…
