Hubspot has a nice feature that automatically sends a copy of a Live Chat transcript when the chat is closed. However, it appears that this feature is either on or off. There's no ability to situationally adjust this setting.

It would be extremely useful if, when closing a Live Chat, there was a check-box to send the transcript that you could de-select if you didn't want to.

As it is now, we have to turn off this feature, close all the Live Chat conversations that don't need a transript to be sent, and then re-activate the feature. It's a pain.

Hey @Yo_Be_Low you're right, this isn't currently possible. This might be a good feature to add to the ideas board here to raise this with the product team!
