      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it possible not to classify the leads according to which agent is in charge of them, but that they just come to some lists and the agents deal with them as they arrive, let's say I have a team that is in charge of leads and not a person, so that they only go to prospecting, but to a list and with those lists are dealt with leads as the agent arrives.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Like any agent can enter prospecting and see unassigned leads nd just takeover a lead for himself to solve and create calls and tasks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You may check about adjusting these settings. The first screenshot determines whether you want a company owner to be automatically assigned as a contact owner. The second screenshot shows whether you want that lead owner to sync with the contact or company owner.&lt;/P&gt;
