Automatically update lifecycle stage in HubSpot

Hey Folks!

I have just started using the CRM and I am trying to build out my sales process for better results but I am on free CRM so my question right now is, is there any way I can automatically update my lifecycle stages in HubSpot?

In HubSpot, you can automatically set lifecycle stages based on how a record was created or automatically sync the lifecycle stages of certain associated objects if you are on the free version

To update the lifecycle stage of contacts or companies in bulk You can use a workflow but this would require a professional or an enterprise-level subscription in HubSpot to know more kindly go through this article here

Under Settings > Objects > Contacts > Lifecycle stage, you can specify basic rules for lifecycle stage automation:

You can also specify in forms which lifecycle stage a submitting contact should get:
