      <description>&lt;P&gt;We configured the chabot in our Knowledge base website but the searches were wide and it didnt show up the correct articles, so we were just trying the AI chatbot. The AI chabot does not show realistic content from the knowledge base in couple of case we tested. It shows random details with does not match the content in the KB. How do we go forward with this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;... the AI chatbot is not providing the expected results, I'd recommend you provide that feedback to the product team directly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can do so under Menu &amp;gt; Automations &amp;gt; AI Chatbot, where you should see this:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Go to the AI Chatboot &amp;gt; Knowledge base and checked the used tab&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;to see which articles are being sync.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you see all the articles that should be considered and still not getting the right responses&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;you can share the feedback with the product team so that they can take a look a it.&lt;/P&gt;

They've got a great HubSpot integration, check it out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
