Hi @SCarpenter5,

As far as I know, no, this is currently not possible. Essentially what you're asking for is that meeting support conditional logic between the meeting owner, type, permitted times and pre-populated meeting title. While I agree that this would be very useful for standardization, it does currently not exist.

If you want the logic from your meeting links to be respected, the users booking the meetings would have to schedule the meeting through the meeting links – which would however incorrectly show the meeting as booked by the contact.

Unfortunately, this is currently not possible. You can however request it in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas

These requests submitted to the HubSpot Ideas section of the community are reviewed by the HubSpot product team, based on their popularity and the assumed demand

Have a great day!

Our business has multiple consultants with at least 24 different meeting types that i have been creating in the Custom Scheduler tool to build out a process for each of the consultants. Our process requires our students to go through different meetings with us and each meeting is a milestone. Ther is not an easy way to select the meeting from our students contact page that have been created in the meeting scheduler, this is crucial in ensuring that number of meetings are allotted to the time in their packag purchased. .

The challenge is in a Contact record and clicks the Meeting link, chooses the host and then has to fill out all the details each time. Is there a way to have a drop down of all the meetings associated with that consultant when clicking on the meeting icon in the contact record? We are going to use this feature many times a day so the desired outcome is that when they choose the host it would pull in the process from the Custom Schedule feature but does not. Having to fill out the meeting name, all the reminders, meeting description, message to prospect, etc. each time is very time consuming.

My client was hoping that when they choose the Host from the dropdown on top all the items in the HubSpot meeting form would then be pre-populated from all the work they did in the Custom Schedule feature per rep.

clicks the meeting icon on the contact record

choose who should be taking that meeting (the host)

Select meeting from prepopulated drop down

Select time, schedule

Ideally it would be great to have this automatically show up without having to input the meeting title, type, etc... each time

I have not come across a solution for this problem I am running into.
