sales plugin Office 365 add-in - Error

Hello guys,

I have some issues with the sales plugin in outlook.
Experienced issues:
- when I select a signature, it doesn't overwrite the original one but adds it as a second one
- when I start writing a reply message, no matter where I want to write text, it always jumps to the bottom of the email sequence. Even when I want to enter an email address.

Tech info:
- Outlook is Click-to-run version
- only one of the sales plugin is installed
- Office 365 Business Essentials
- Windows not Mac
- Version of outlook: new

Are there any solutions for these?

Good Morning @EKöllő ,

Unfortuntately the VTSO Add-in is no longer supported for the "New Outlook" due to changes at Microsoft. The Office 365 integreation is still supported, however.

Certainly, we are using the Office 365 extension in the new Outlook, and we are experiencing the issues written above with it. So, my question remains: will these hubs be fixed?

Hi @EKöllő ,

The New Outlook is not supported, and will not be at this time. For integration with HubSpot, you should use the Office 365 Add-in.
