create payment link through iDeal

We are just getting started with Hubspot and aren't able to create payment links with iDeal. We implemented Stripe and Hubspot but can only create payment links with creditcard. In the Netherlands we don't really use creditcards. Can anyone guide me through the process of implementing iDeal with Stripe and Hubspot?

Are you currently following the steps provided here? If you have an existing Stripe account, you can connect it as a payment processor for HubSpot's Commerce Hub tools, such as invoices, payment links, and quotes. This enables you to collect one-time and recurring subscription payments through HubSpot while your Stripe account handles payment processing behind the scenes.

The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.

Hi Pam,

I am in the same position as Luuk. In my settings I have the ability to configure for either credit & debit card and SEPA (direct debit) as different payment methods.

These payment methods are then available in my Hubspot payments as you can see below:

The Stripe documentation for setting up iDeal natively seems relatively straightforward if the payment is set up natively as you can see here.

Is there any way for me to integrate this Stripe functionality into the payment that is avaiable to me through Hubspot? To be clear, we are already using Stripe for our payment processing and are fully integrated.

Any advice, help or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi All,

I've connected my exsisting STRIPE account to HUBSPOT in order to create IDEAL links, as in Holland NOBODY uses creditcards, but do use IDEAL. So, at this moment just like Patrick above, there's NO option to get IDEAL payment links? Or existing paymentlinks in STRIPE visible in HUBSPOT.

What now! This is a huge headache.

Right now iDEAL isn’t supported in HubSpot payment links. Here's more info for context

There's a workaround by using Stripe-hosted payment links or Checkout with iDEAL enabled, and then sync or reconcile the payment data back into HubSpot separately.

There's actually a proposed feature request in the Ideas Forum that specifically request to support iDEAL payments
