Hi @JStamm

That's not how Meetings in HubSpot work and there is no way - to the best of my knowledge - to implement this the way you want.

The easiest way would be for the people that actually take these meetings to be setup on HubSpot and have their respective calendars connected. Depending on how these meeting are run (one company rep meets one prospect, or multiple company reps meet one prospect) the former can easily achieved by a group meeting link in HubSpot.

The confirmation email will always come from the individual, because it is their calender that the meeting is booked in.

We're trying to create a method of scheduling meetings at tradeshows while using a single calendar (mine) that is synced to my Meeting Scheduler tool. Here's what we need:

1. All time slots during the tradeshow dates/times that are setup should ALWAYS be available even if someone has already booked a time because we have a group of people that will conduct these meetings. However, some are not Hubspot users and others do not have their calendar synced so we need to do this through one calendar sync.

2. When scheduling the meeting, we need it to look like a person is scheduling a meeting with our company. Not a specific person (me) just because I am the host of the calendar. I am able to create a custom, more generic URL structure and I can change the image to our company avatar but I need the confirmation email to come from a generic email address... Not my email address.

Side Note: I tried building this through Calendly and everything I listed above worked well. However, their standard confirmation email to the customer had a sentence at the bottom of the email that mentioned that the meeting should automatically be on the person's calendar. But that wasn't working and was causing confusion. I tried to take that statement out of the confirmation email but that is not an option through Calendly. So... we're trying to go a different route that is less confusing for our customers.
