Lead Source Attribution Not Specific

I am trying to create a report that charts the lead source to attribute new lead creation to which platform. However, all I get is vague categories like "direct traffic" and "offline sources". I want to know where the direct traffic is coming from, specifically with different social media platforms, but other sources as well.

Please help!

Hi @NReese7,

This page explains the sources and what is behind them: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/understand-source-properties

If you want more detail in your report, consider adding a breakdown by "Original source drill-down 1" or "Original source drill-down 2". Those fields will contain more information.

For example, this would tell you whether offline sources are an import or a third-party app and which one.

Best regards!
