Same data for different users

Hi All,

Can you help me figure out whats going on, as different Users are showing the same number for Number of opens, Number of replies Number of bounces, I want to show the mentioned data above separately between the 2 users.

Please, ensure that the data sources for each user are correctly configured and connected. Verify that the tracking mechanisms for opens, replies, and bounces are working correctly for each user.

Hi @RMD and welcome to Community.

Is this a report from the HubSpot library? Or a custom report? I don't see it and havent been able to replicate it to test.

As @PamCotton mentioned, I'd also check if the tracking mechanisms for opens, replies, and bounces are working correctly for each user. I'd make the report for each user separately to see what their specific sequences show, then see if it can go into one report.
