Compare Multiple Months of Lifecycle Stage Conversions

Hello there! We are tracking the conversion rate between lifecycle stages per month (in this case how many marketing leads convert to sales leads), and I found a fantastic report that mostly gets me what I need (showing me all contacts that have been both lifecycle stages, marketing lead + sales lead, in a given month).

I would like a report that allows me to compare our current month to past months in one view (without having to go in and update the time frame), but Hubspot is telling me that is not possible.

Any guidance?

Hi @KMcKenz,

For this particular visualization, that's correct and there aren't any ways around that within one report. However, you can create a dashboard and simply place the report there twice. Once for the current month, once for the previous month. That way, you have them side by side for easy comparison.

Hey @KMcKenz , given you're trying to evaluate conversion rates by month, you may want to consider running a cohort analysis, and then further breaking that down by deal-owner, source, etc. to get more granular. Check out https://sales.studio - it may be what you need (and is free, for now).
