Stacking by Project Value

Hello Hub Community!

I'm struggling with editing a report, to show more specific data;

We currently have a report showing by 'Project Value' on the Y axis and 'Project Manager' on the X axis

I would like to split the individual bar charts per 'Project Manager' by by those > £1.5k and <£1.5k

Can anyone help??

Hi @Scrawford-1,

That's unfortunately not possible directly. You would have to create a custom property as an intermediary here, e.g. "Project value" with options "Less than 1.5k" and "More than 1.5k". Using a deals workflow, you would enroll deals, then branch by project value, then use the "Set property value" workflow action to assign one of the two possible values of the newly created custom property.

Once this property is populated, you can stack by it in your custom report.

(I know, this should be easier but I'm not aware of a faster or simpler way to do this.)

Unfortunately I don't haver permission to be making new workflows!

As there is no way to show this in a report, I will have to give up 😞

@Scrawford-1 you could reach out to an admin (the person who invited you) and ask if they can adjust your permissions. If not, you can export the raw report data and create your desired visualisation in Excel, if it's a one-off report.
