&lt;P&gt;If you have imported or otherwise maintained the area code as a contact or company field, yes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You would follow these steps:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/lists/create-active-or-static-lists" target="_blank"&gt;https://knowledge.hubspot.com/lists/create-active-or-static-lists&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you're n the list editor, click "Add filter" and you should find your area code under "Contact properties" or "Company properties".&lt;/P&gt;
