Any way to get rid of "Tickets" on the view page for deals etc? Or will it just always be there? It's annoying and in my business I will never use it. Ever.

We can drag unused HubSpot sections to the bottom of the page (effectively out of view), but we cannot remove them.

Will it allow them to stay in whatever order I want? Seems like I've done the drag and drop before but it always puts my personal ones at the very bottom...

Hi @EJR,

This thread is already quite old but as @superdeep points out, it's worth updating.

The right sidebar in records can now be customized and you can remove any sections you don't need by following the steps in this article: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/customize-record-right-sidebar

Thanks Karsten. Yes this thread is old but unfortunately it's 2 of the top 3 results on Google when searching for this issue and that KB did not come up at all. I had to poke around and figure it out myself.
