    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! i really enjoy the canned reports under sales analytics &amp;gt;&amp;gt; coach reps and teams &amp;gt;&amp;gt; prospecting activities.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In particular, it is really useful for me to be able to see the percentage of calls connected and meetings completed. In the last week, these reports are no longer working for me and I receive an error message that says&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H4&gt;The data is no longer available for this report&lt;/H4&gt;&lt;P&gt;A property used in this report no longer exists. Try updating the properties used in this report."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but this is a report native to Hubspot -- I haven't made any modifications! Any ideas what is happening here?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/737921"&gt;@carolinescott88&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The native fields can be archived, but only if you remove all places where they are used in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just to confirm do you have any particular filter you are looking at on the right-hand tab? or what chart metric are you looking at?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Before spending too much time chasing this, I suggest you clear your browser cache and then try again.&amp;nbsp; You might also check to see if permissions have been changed such that you no longer have access to view the data in the fields in the report.&amp;nbsp; This is more likely than the possibility that the fields themselves have been archived.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a super admin, so not a permissions issue. I've also cleared my cache and have absolutely zero filters on. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;😕&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The metric I'm looking at is "count of meetings". I've tried selecting others to see if this corrects the issue, but it does not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it possible that the email inboxes are no longer connected? For instance, did your IT department recently upgrade Outlook?&amp;nbsp; The New Outlook is not supported by HubSpot, so you would need to connect the Office365 inbox from the web interface if that is the case.&amp;nbsp; These reports only work with connected inboxes so this seems like the most likely culprit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
