      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/230185"&gt;@BérangèreL&lt;/a&gt;, thank you for the mention.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've never used the quota or goals features at my current role, so am not 100% sure on how I'd approach this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although from chats with colleagues and looking into the native reports, there seems to be one Report that looks at what you are after&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/733820"&gt;@CBowler&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you go into Reports&amp;gt; My Reports then once there look, into Report Collection (on your left hand side bar)&amp;gt; Sales &amp;gt; Forecasts &amp;amp; Pipelines&amp;gt; Quota attainment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should have the following fields in there pre-calculated, screenshot below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="ArtyCele_0-1711462249562.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/113922i611136C04B83836F/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="ArtyCele_0-1711462249562.png" alt="ArtyCele_0-1711462249562.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What you'd be after is the &lt;STRONG&gt;Attainment Percentage&lt;/STRONG&gt; (although unfortunately, as we do not use the goals or quotas features, I can't really see what calculation it does).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if that does not suit your needs, the other way would be to create a custom formula.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Happy to dive deeper into this if needed &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;You can track the month to date quota attainment percentage with &lt;A href="https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/sales/crm/dear-lucy-connector" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Dear Lucy&lt;/A&gt;, even with traffic lights if you'd like. Works on individual level, but also if you need to track the progress on company or ie. business unit level. Progress is based on number of days, not working days though.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Maybe worth mentioning that Dear Lucy also helps you drive growth by setting actionable goals to indicators like new deals added to the pipeline, connected calls or winrates.&lt;/P&gt;
