&lt;P&gt;so it depends a bit on the kind of process you are working on with Service hub(could be use for more than tickets).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;talking first about tickets you can measure calls, SLA, time to solve a ticket, time for a response in conversations .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;of course all of this depends on how you are evaluating your team.&lt;/P&gt;
