Hey @TShemesh8

To choose which calculation should represent the deal value when associating line items to deal records:

In the main navigation bar, click the settings icon.

Navigate to Objects > Deals.

On the Setup tab, click the Default Deal amount dropdown menu. You can select Total contract value (TCV), Annual contract value (ACV), Annual recurring revenue (ARR), and Monthly recurring revenue (MRR).

Your changes will save automatically and the deal value will display in the selected amount.

Hi all,

I am trying to report on average MRR for deals in a market but realise that the standard MRR fields include all products, while we have certain products that are not considered recurring revenue.

Is there a way to exclude certain products from being considered recurring?

Thanks,

Tom

Hi @Jigar_Thakker , sorry if I wasn't clear in my question - I want to report on the average MRR for all deals in a market. To do that I've run a report and used the standard field "Monthly recurring revenue" as an average per market. My issue is - some of the products we have in some deals are not considered recurring revenue. What I would like to do is find the MRR for deals but exclude said products.

I am not sure if there is a way to do that in HS or whether I would have to export a report and manually do it in Excel.
