I have a dealership client who has to report on how many deals have been in each deal stage during a week and a month.

The issue we are running into is that all of the HubSpot reporting REMOVES a deal from a stage once it has left that stage and moved to the next stage.

We want to show the cumulative deals per stage during a time period.

Ideally, I'd have a table that shows all of the deal stages and the total count of deals that have been in that stage during that time period, even if they are no longer in that stage.

So if I had 1 deal move through 3 stages, and 1 move through 2 stages, the table would look like this:

Stage 1 - 2 deals

Stage 2 - 2 deals

Stage 3 - 1 deal

Is there an easy way to do this? I've tried a few different reports using the 'date entered stage' but I can't quite figure it out.

Hi @Kaluginbill,

The only way to get this report is through the sales analytics (previous name) / sales report collections (new name). https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-sales-reports-with-the-sales-reports-analytics-tool

In there, you should find 'Historical snapshots', which shows a bar chart with the amount in each deal stage at a given time. Via mouse over, you can see the count of deals. In the table below, you'll also see the deal count.

Best regards!
