Sales goals

I would like to create a goal for each salesperson.

The goal is "Number of Deals Won", not revenue etc. but actual sales won.

This should be displayed against what they have sold this Month / quarter / year on a dashboard / report.

Can this be done please? Thank you

Yes, this can be achieved with custom goals: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-custom-goals

You could define a goal like shown below:

Und Add filters, select this:

You can then specify which users this should apply to, the goal dudration and set targets for each user.

Once set up, you can review goals under Menu > Reporting > Goals.

is it possible to make a report where I compare goals to actual sales?

Hi @LJuul,

The Goals section is the report. Once you set up the goals, it will auto-maintain and show goal progress.

If you're asking whether this can be embedded in a dashboard, then no, that's not possible.

I am able to type in gals per sales person, but it does not register the closed won sales. is thjere a time delay?

Also is it possible to display this report on a dashboard?

Regarding your dahsboard question, please see my previous reply: If you're asking whether this can be embedded in a dashboard, then no, that's not possible.

When looking at the results, the overview shows 0, but when clicking on a month where I know there is a sale, it states 1 "in progress"
