Report from sales process - what happens to contact after first meeting

We have been scheduling meetings for our sales representatives, and I am seeking assistance in creating reports to track specific activities related to these meetings.

Our meetings are tagged with two triggers:

A custom contact property named "meeting arranged by."
"Call and meeting type" set to "SDR Recruitment services," with the activity type as "meeting."

I would like to generate reports to identify contacts for whom:

A second meeting has been scheduled after the meeting arranged by us.
A call has been made after our meeting.
An email has been sent after our meeting.
A note has been added or a task has been created after our meeting.

Could you please guide me on how to create these reports easily within HubSpot? Any assistance or step-by-step instructions you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
