90-day no call & meeting report

Hello, I am trying to create a report that lists clients who have not been called or met with by a certain salesperson within 90 days. What is the best method? Thank you.

I am not totally sure about the filters but you can report under the contacts analytics tool: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/analyze-contacts-with-the-contact-analytics-tool

and filter out the activities as per your requirements

@MStach in the Report builder there is a pre-existing report named: Meetings booked with me by activity date.

You can select this Report and further customize the filters and criteria. Here I added a filter to show meetings where the last activity date was more than 90 days ago. I believe this filter would answer your question.

The other thing I do frequently is build a List with the same criteria to get a quick answer. Building a Report lets you add the data to a Dashboard for ongoing review.

Hi @MStach,

I'd argue that this is easier done with lists than with a workflow.

First, create a list of contacts (or companies) that are associated with an activity where:

Activity type is any of Meeting or Call
Activity owner is any of [your sales person]
Activity date is less than 90 days ago

You can find "Activity properties" when you click on the dropdown that says "Contact properties" (or "Company properties").

Then, as a next step, create a list of contacts (or companies) who are not a member of that first list. That's the list of companies you're looking for.

Instead of building a second list, you could of course also create a report and exclude the first list from the report. It achieves the same thing.

It's a bit difficult to report directly on the absence of something in HubSpot, hence the extra step of looking for it (list 1), then excluding it (via a list report excluding list 1).

Thank you for responding. For some reason, the activity date didn't have the "more than" operator available to me like it does in your view but building a list did work for me.

Thank you, this worked great and I was also able to build a report and dashboard view based on the list!
