Most beloved Hubspot community,

I have a report that shows created contacts (leads) over time (p/month).

Within this report I want to create a filter that makes it possible to show only one contact per company. In other words, it should only count one lead per unique company, even if multiple contacts from the same company were created.

For example: if 3 leads from the same company were created, I want the report to show and count only 1 lead.

Similar to what I described here, you need to find a way to label / flag contacts that are the oldest / primary contact: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/CRM/How-to-create-a-list-that-only-shows-one-contact-per-company-the/m-p/859979#M143380

If you want to do this within HubSpot, without third-party tools, automatically, you'll have to leverage custom code, available in Operations Hub Professional: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/workflows/custom-code-actions

Once the contact is flagged, you can filter your report by this flag.

There aren't any workarounds to this that I can think of which would fulfil your requirements that is both automatic and natively available.
