Hi all,

I have a question. For the company I work we would like to have a dashboard in which we show:

- Have a forecasting overview with Company A, with a potential total value of €xx.

- Deals of company A in the sales pipeline with the value of that specific deal.

- Make a dashboard with a report that shows the amount of active deals in our sales pipeline compared to the total potential value of company A.

One question, just to make sure I understand your question: The Company A you are referring to, is that a specific company in your CRM that you want to report on? I.e. you want a forecasting report that shows you only the potential value of deals associated with this Company?

In general I would recommend looking into the Sales Analytics tool, and specifically into the "Weighted pipeline forecast" report to give you an overview of the value in a specific pipeline.

Apart from that you can check out the report "Deal revenue forecast by stages" in the reports library which might be of help in this matter. I you want to show deals for a specific company you can use the "Associated company" filter in your deals report.

To show active deals in a pipeline, it depends of course on how you define "active". But there are a number of filters you can use to determine this, for example "Last modified date", "Last activity date" or "Last contacted".

Thanks for your reply.

Just to clarify.

I have multiple target accounts.

Some might be in my CRM already, some might not.

I would like to have a clear dashboarding on the expected revenue we might get from these target accounts.

My college now says one client has a potential deal value of €1.000.000, and places this company in the sales pipeline. But this is not a active deal yet. We might get multiple active deals that will all be in a different stage and have different values. So I would like to see:

- What is the expected revenue per target account (so the €1.000.000)

- What are all the individual deals combined.

- Compared to the expected revenue do we have much more active deals or less?.

To make it maybe more visual i draw how I would like to see it:
