Report to Track Sales Rep's Most Recent Call

Does anyone know of a way to make a report that will quickly show me the time of each designated rep's last call (i.e. Rep X called a contact at 4:43pm CDT)? We have noticed a few of our reps often stop calling before the end of the day and would like to track that accordingly. We do have a report built that shows their sum of calls for the day, which we can then click into 1 by 1 and see their last call, however, our ideal solution would be a report that simply displays the last call date/time side by side for all 8 reps.

Hi @AKemple,

Im afraid you've run into one of the major short commings of current Hubspot. Determining the time of last call is not possible without activity centric workflows. You can easily create a report that summarizes all call durations during one day, but you cannot determine when the call was made.

This is because current Hubspot can only query the entire activity log but it cannot isolate a specific activity. Any of the results that match your query can be the call you are looking for.

This is why we desperately need activity centric workflow !! Please up vote !!
