Add LinkedIn messages to Team activity timeline summary

I have a request to add 'LinkedIn messages' to the Team activity timeline summary report. When I do add the filter for the report, it reverts to all of the activity of my team, when I have only filtered for 2 users (we have people in sales, service and marketing hubs). Has anyone had any luck adding this activity? Thanks for the help!

Hi @AKnoll,

Are you referring to the "Team activity totals" report? If not, could you specify where exactly you are finding "Team activity timeline summary"?

Generally, when updating the Activity type filter for the "Team activity totals" report, for me, HubSpot pulls in correctly the count of LinkedIn messages.

Could you share a screenshot of the issue you're experiencing, pixelating confidential information?

Hello - I am not seeing "LinkedIn Messages" as an activity type. The only options I see are Calls, Meetings, Tasks, Emails, Notes, and Conversation Sessions. What do I need to do to add LinkedIn Messages as an activity type? This has come up with my team and is something they really need to be able to track and report on. Thanks!

I only have the Calls, meeting, Tasks, emails, Notes on the completed activites options. I do not have LinkedIn messages, SMS, or anything additional

@DianaGomez - I have attempted to create a custom report, but it does not include Linkedin messages either. We are on Hubspot Sales Professional with several add ons. I saw on another post that Linkedin messages should be a standard activitiy to be reported on, but it does not show up for us...

Hi, thanks for your follow-up questions! In that case, I suggest reaching out to the HubSpot support team. They can better guide you regarding the type of plan and what it includes, as well as check why this option isn't showing up if you have the plan you mentioned.
